Nutmeg(Meggie)'s Story...
Nutmeg is the little sister of Pumpkin seed. They adore one another. I would love to see them adopted together however, I realize that may not be possible. She is the smallest of the litter and has dainty features. She is shy compare to the other three ,but is still very affectionate and sweet. She is half the size of her siblings and is truly precious.

She will be altered, fully vetted and micro-chipped prior to her adoption. I believe this little girl will stay fairly small.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nutmeg(Meggie), a Chattanooga Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
