Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jacinda is a 1 year old,17 pound sweet, sweet girl. She is a little shy and little submissive but she is a keeper. She does well with other dogs and likes our cat. In fact she would like a smaller dog to play with so she tries to get the cat interested but in a gentle way. She is house broken but is not happy with the cold weather. She has a very short coat. Jacinda dances when you get home and is very interested in cuddling. I would describe her as having low to moderate energy. She would enjoy a walk in warmer weather but if you couldn't get out she would be fine with a little playing in the house. She rode fine in the car. She has an open crate for a safe place to cuddle but hasn't really used it.
I have no idea what her breed is. She looks like she has some Dachshund in her. Her head, long legs and feet are very dainty - looking much like an Italian Greyhound. In some lights she looks black and then at times she is brown with some red. I think she would do well in a variety of settings. I think she would do well with children, or I think she would curl up some place warm waiting for you to come home if you were a working couple or single person. She is game for anybody but wants you to know she isn't much of a jogger and is NOT interested in participating in winter sports with you.
She needs a forever home to call her own. This would increase her confidence and you would be rewarded with an affectionate low maintenance dog.
