Hulk's Story...
HEADED NON-STOP TO THE DEPOE OF YOUR HEART!!! I’m Hulk and darn tootin’ I’m incredible! No
relation to Mr. Hogan, but I’m darn sure I could take down Roddy Piper or Andre the Giant
if I had a chance to win the title belt of your companionship. I love kids, dogs, cats,
and small animals. I’m housebroken, I know some basic commands, I ride well in a car, I
walk well on a leash, and to top it all off I am usually pretty quiet! (I’m sure I still
have my moments……after all I am still a beagle!!!) Basically my paperwork says that my
last family thought I was perfect in every way, but after 2 years they couldn’t keep me
because their yard was not fenced. That’s Ok I’ve moved on to bigger and better things in
my life and my new friends here at Family Dogs are going to help me find the family that I
deserve. Oh ya…..I am 2 yrs. Old and weigh in at 25 lbs, so hop that train and ride the
rails down here to Family Dogs and bring me home for Christmas!!! My adoption fee is $160
and includes; neuter, microchip, 1 month pet health insurance, free vet exam (SE
Portland/Milwaukie area), 5 week training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hulk, a Portland Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Portland, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
