BooRay's Story...
BooRay is one cool little puppy. He is one of a litter of 8 puppies rescued from a field where their foster mom heard them crying. His mother is a beautiful Australian Shepherd mix and his dad? Who knows. BooRay doesn't care about any of that, he's just having a great time wrestling and snuggling with his giant Rudolph toy.

As of 11-20-13, BooRay is about 8 weeks old. He will be ready to travel to a new home after the first of December. Until then, he's going to enjoy life in his foster home where he gets to play, play, play.

BooRay's new family should be ready for the joys and trials of puppyhood - teething, potty training, and basic obedience training. He is going to be a wonderful family pet for the family ready to enjoy raising a pup. If you think BooRay is the puppy for your family, email warmhearts@earthlink.net for an application to adopt. This is the first step in the adoption process. His adoption fee is $375.00, which includes any transport costs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BooRay, a Middletown Border Collie/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Border Collie/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
