MOLLY's Story...
Molly is an adoptable dog living in PA. She is a three year old part Boston terrier, part silly and all love! She is really smart, energetic and loving.
Molly comes from the South, so her manners are very good. She needs to be in a home with a very experienced dog person, a confident leader, as she has issues of trust and biting issues. She does great with other dogs, but would be best to live with only one.

Molly has had a rough start and tends to not trust new people, has had some issues with crowds and does not like to be around children under the age of 15. She needs someone that knows how to be a leader, show positive reinforcement, to show her how to be a good girl and follow directions. She needs someone that can be consistent with this role. Any wavering may cause her to be unsure of her role and become more dominant.
She is fully house trained and will let you know when she needs to go out. She loves treats of any kind and really loves iced cubes! Molly is up-to-date on vaccines, is heartworm negative, spayed and microchipped.
With a lot of love and patience Molly will show you what a great girl she is. If you think that you can be the strong leader that Molly needs, please contact her foster mom, Liz, at 610-647-7243. To adopt Molly, go to bostonrescueofsc.com and fill out the adoption application. Molly's adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MOLLY, a North Augusta Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in North Augusta, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in North Augusta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Augusta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Augusta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Augusta paves the way for another one to be saved.
