My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wilson is a handsome domestic short-hair Tabby, black&gray. He's a winter baby, about 6 yrs. old.

He loves attention and will be waiting at the door to greet you and say hello. Wilson is a talkative boy, he wants you to know how much he loves you, and will be happy to discuss your day for as long as you want to carry on the conversation. His idea of the perfect day is having his head scratched. A head-butt and a nuzzle will be your reward, which is very often accompanied by an "ultra-purr" mode.
But he's not all talk, he also has his quiet time, kind of a zen-Wilson persona.

He's very playful, any toy with catnip is a friend to him! And don't try tying your shoes when Wilson is nearby, you won't be leaving anytime soon, as shoelaces are meant to be played with! He's a top-of-the-world kind of kitty. Loving to climb, he would like to have high places where he can perch and look down on his world.

One of his favorite pastimes is to sit at the window and chirp at the birds and other animals outside. It's pretty funny to watch, better than anything on TV.
Wilson is very talented, too. He can purr AND meow at the same time. VERY cute!

Wilson doesn't beg for food, but will be right there if he hears any action at his food dish. His favorite treat is a little wet food. So he's really quite easy to please.

He's fastidious about his litter box habits and will patiently wait while you to clean it, then will use it immediately after it's ready. Don't worry, he's never had an "accident".

Wilson has always lived with his step-sister, Tela, so would do fine with other cats and probably okay with older children, too. He has always lived indoors and should probably stay an indoor cat. He would like to stay with Tela, but would be willing to part ways for the right forever home.

He is being reluctantly given up because a new human addition to the household has severe allergies.

Would you like to share stories with Wilson? He would love to share with you!
