Polly's Story...
Miss Polly is an 8 months old and such a wonderful girl. We believe she is a Labrador or golden retriever mix. Could be a combo of both breeds. She has a great laid back temperament and gets along well with other dogs especially her sister Molly. We would like to find the sisters a home together but that is not a requirement. Both girls are very eager to please and could be easily trained in commands such as sit. stay, etc. If you're interested in giving one or both of these dogs a forever home please email scloveofpawstn@hotmail.com for an adoption application.

Adoption fee for Polly is $125 or if interested in adopting both Molly & Polly $150 adoption fee. The adoption fee helps us to recover cost for vaccines and spay so that we can continue helping more animals find great forever homes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Polly, a Huntsville Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
