Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jose!
Available for adoption now!!!
Jose is 8 years old and only about 5-6 lbs. He is a energetic x-small senior.
Jose came to us with his friend Madison (who has been adopted) when their owner passed away. He's extremely sweet and friendly, and gets along with everyone!
Jose is an interesting dog as he has a lack of fur - somewhat like a hairless dog. His original vet in Tallahassee stated that he was close to the original true Mexican Chihuahua which includes hairless. Another vet stated that his hair loss is of unknown origin. We will continue to try and find out the real reason of the lack of fur but it is all good. He is healthy and happy no matter what the cause.
Jose is up to date on all vaccines, altered and chipped and on HW preventative. His hairlessness is his special need.
