" Lilly "'s Story...
Lilly was adopted from our shelter almost 2 years ago when she was about 10 weeks old. She is now 2 years old. Her adopters who love her, could not keep her because they are moving and the new landlord said Lilly wasn't welcome. Lilly is a very sweet girl. She lived in a home with a 10 year old child. She is current on her vaccinations and she is spayed. She is also housebroken. She is a wonderful housedog. Lilly is now, once again in need of a loving home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

" Lilly ", a New Castle Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in New Castle, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in New Castle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Castle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Castle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Castle paves the way for another one to be saved.
