Then you have found your girl. I'm Sydney, a small chi who originally came to the shelter after being picked up as a stray. I was emaciated as life on the street is tough, but my foster mom has nursed me back to health and now it's time to find a loving forever home of my own. I get along well with dogs of all sizes and I don't mind cats. I'm a happy girl who can get a little wiggly (and make you giggly) when I want to play. I walk nicely on a leash and we're working on my obedience skills. I am a little shy when I first meet new people, but once I get to know you, you'll learn that my true talent is my ability to cuddle. To adopt a Chi, you must provide one of the following: 1) proof of home ownership (e.g. property tax bill in your name, deed showing title in your name, or mortgage statement in your name); or 2) a rental contract that states dogs are allowed. In addition, all household members (including children) must visit with the Chi you wish to adopt.
