Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We rescued Rocky from a situation where he had been chained up night and day on a very short chain. He looks to be a Lab mix but mostly just Lab. The vet says he is a year and a half and he weighs 70 pounds. He is a very friendly and happy dog that loves to play and loves his igloo dog house. He has had a little anxiety about riding in cars and going to the vet but all this is natural considering his history. He just needs love and reassurance and proper training. We have not seen him around children although he was very sweet to a child he saw at the vet. Rocky is easily trained and learned to sit, stay, lay down and fetch in a few days with treats as a reward. He is also house trained. His foster mom is in a wheelchair and he has been very loving and gentle towards her. They love Rocky so much but know he would be better off with a family, young children he can play with, and possibly more yard to run in. The family admires how well Rocky has adjusted to a new environment and the fact that he does not bark unless he needs something. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
