My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Penny broke everyone’s heart with her oh so sad pound picture but she is a happy and sweet girl who is flourishing in foster care!!

There is not much more to say about Penny because she is basically a perfect and precious girl. She loves to be around other dogs, she is friendly with cats but with her human companion is where she wants to be … lean up against you every chance she gets. Penny is a beautiful almost white, very tall & slender girl. She was listed as a Labrador/Golden mix at the pound we wonder if there is not some other breeds that lend to Penny’s super model looks!! A volunteer even suggested we should like her breed as “FancyPants” just because she just is.

Penny does have some anxiety on the leash so we would love a family would is out of the city in open space for her to be able to run and stretch her legs. We wonder if the hustle and bustle of city life is just too much for Penny?!

Any potential adopters who meet Penny should know that she is a shy and nervous girl at first meetings so please don’t be put off by her nature thinking she does not like you, if you watch her with her foster mummy you will get a great understanding of who Penny is and how she is with people she is used to

If you think you are special enough to love Penny for Life and Never Ever let her go then please email caarescue@gmail.com and let us know
