Tina's Story...
Meet Tina, a spayed female American Staffordshire Terrier. She is aprroximately 1 yr old and weighs 30 lbs. Miss Tina came in as a stray with another AmStaff, a male we've affecionately named Ike, and they did not get along very we're not quite sure how she is going to be with other dogs. However, little Tina is wonderful with people. She has a somewhat reserved temperament and seems to be pretty calm and quite. She LOVES attention and gives you the sweetest face when she wants to be petted. This pretty little lady walks well on leash and does not potty in her kennel, so for the most part appears to be housebroken. She is current on all vacinations and will be microchipped upon adoption. Miss Tina is ready for her "furever" home!

Act quickly to adopt Tina. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tina, a Conway American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Conway, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Conway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conway paves the way for another one to be saved.
