Clarabelle's Story...
Hi! I'm Clarabelle. I'm a sweet and spunky lady whose estimated birthday is November, 2006. I was found lost in Green Bay, WI. Nobody came to claim me, so Happily Ever After promised to help me find a forever home! One of my favorite things to do is zoom around at top speed, especially when I know that I get to go outside on a walk! I get along well with most other dogs, but would definitely prefer a home with no other female dogs. Quite frankly, I think that I would be a wonderful addition to any home! I do have a history of having bladder stones, and I did have some medical tests show that I may be at risk for kidney failure, if I do not already have it. It is likely that I will need to be on a special food to prevent me from getting bladder stones again, and I may have other veterinary costs arise because of this...but HEA promised me that the right home is out there for me because barely anyone can resist my cuteness! Please stop by HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center soon! Love, Clarabelle **PS-You may recognize me as "AC1040" from Packerland Veterinary Center's Green Bay Lost Pets website!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clarabelle, a Green Bay Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
