Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rogue came to New Moon Rabbit Rescue on 24 April 2013. She was surrender to New Moon from a Pet Store in the Ottawa area thanks to a few employees that knew that she desperately needed help.
When Rogue arrived, she had very little time left. She was suffering with severe head tilt, ear infections in both ears and is fighting to breathe because of advanced respiratory congestion. Treatment started immediately for this sweet little girl. She had a long fight ahead of her but Rogue wanted to live. She fought with the spirit of a warrior even though she was just a baby.
Rogue slowly showed improvement and on 27 August 2013 she was spayed and she is now ready for adoption!!
Rogue is now a busy little girl with her whole life ahead of her. She loves to play, she loves her toys and all the attention she can get. When she gets really excited or just when she wants to amuse herself she likes to run in circles, shaking her little head with joy. She does still have a tilted head and always will. Because of this she does still fall over from time to time but is able to correct herself quickly. She is completely unfazed by the tumble and carriers on with whatever trouble she was up to before.
Rogue is now starting to learn how to run and play outside a cage or pen and is doing well. She needs understanding, as it will take her longer to adjust to new environments. She would prefer a home and play area that is carpeted, as she needs more grip than some other bunnies. Rogue would do well in a bond and has always seemed very curious about other bunnies she has seen.
Rogue is doing great with her litter training. She is not perfect yet but is doing great and gets better everyday.
