"Rags"
Young Adult, Longhaired White & Brown Tiger Neutered Male. A PCS volunteer, feeling sorry for this ragged looking cat, trapped him to get him some veterinary care. Upon examination, it was discovered that he had a wound and required a 6 month quarantine. By the time Rags quarantine was up, his fur had become thick and beautiful! He is a very large cat with a very mellow disposition. Going from life on the street to your home would be Rags to riches!
