Mary Jane in Dallas's Story...
Mary Jane in the DFW area

Some of you may know the story. I am one of the 47 dogs rescued from a breeder's mass surrender in Tulsa, Oklahoma in July of 2013. It was a scary time in my life. I was so afraid of people. My foster mom said I was like a feral cat at first. It took me months to get comfortable with her. Things are getting better though! Now other dogs, I love!! I love treat time, and foster mom makes me sit before I can get one. I love to run around the house and play with my foster brothers and sister. I love the smaller size tennis balls, cuz they can fit in my mouth! I do like to chew things, so foster mom has lots of rawhide around the house. I do bark and am suspicious of new people coming over to the house. I'm still working on being around strangers and am skiddish around loud noises and sudden movements. I don't like thunderstorms. I really need a quiet home with no kids and no cats. I need someone to love me who will be patient with me. This perfect person would be able to come to Dallas to get me. Does anyone have the patience and love to work with me? Please contact Doreen at Froggie177@aol.com
