Ariel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ariel's Story...
Ariel is new to DFW GSR. She spent the whole month of November in the Dallas Animal Shelter. Ariel is a very lovable girl, she wants to be held like a sweet little lap dog. She has no idea she weighs 60 lbs. Ariel is only around 3 years of age and she is active and outgoing and can not wait to find a family of her very own.
Ariel is Light Heartworm positive, she has started her slow kill heartworm treatment and will go to her new home with 6 months worth of treatment that is given once every other week. This method has proven safe and effective for dozens of dogs in our rescue. Using this method Ariel will be heartworm free in 6 to 9 months!

Adoption fee is $300.00; includes spay, microchip, all vaccinations, and heartworm treatment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ariel, a Fort Worth German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
