Very sweet girl. Gladys is about as sweet a cat as I have ever met. She has a rare but easily managable condition. She requires a shot twice a day given with a very small needle. It really is something anyone can do. Gladys loves to give kisses and is just about as grateful for anything you do for her as a cat could possibly be. She is amazing and we really hope her condition will not stand in the way of her getting a chance to be all she can as a friend and companion. It honestly does not even matter if she misses a dose of her medication as long as a large amount of water is made available to her. So there is really nothing to fear. She has diabetes insipidus ( water not sugar diabetes). Rare in cats but not so rare her foster mum doesnt already have a cat of her own who was diagnosed four years ago and lives an entirely normal, healthy life.
