Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wesson and his litter mates were rescued from a county shelter in Tennessee. Luckily they caught the eye of one our volunteers and were pulled into safety.
Wesson's litter mates have gone to their homes, but he is still waiting patiently. He has recently traveled to a foster home in the Northeast and is getting some one on one attention and basic training. His foster family reports that Wesson is doing great! He is wonderful with the other dogs in the house and doing well with the cats too. Wesson is lab mix who is almost entirely white with a few tan spots. He is up to date on all of his shots and has been neutered.
Wesson will need a family who is patient with him as he is a bit timid and scared of many things. He is a wonderful dog and will make a great companion for the right family. We don't advise a family with kids as they are too active for him, he would be happier with a quiet family where he can be a companion and couch potato.
Wesson would do well with another dog who is more dominant and outgoing. Wesson tends to mimic the other dog and feels more comfortable with another dog to hang with and enjoys their companionship.
Are you the right family for him? Please contact us as I am sure Wesson would love to meet you!
