URGENT, NEED LOVING HOME ASAP! Charlotte Cocker Rescue of NC has agreed to help find this wonderful, loving boy a new forever home. He is currently still in the care of his owner who needs to find him a home quickly. If you are interested, you can fill out an adoption application to be approved and we will then contact the owner so that they can discuss the details and set up an appointment to see this special boy.

My name is Yogi and I need to find a new home quickly. I am a sweet, really nice, neutered
5 to 6 year old, male Rottweiler. I am looking for a new forever home because my owners
rent a house and the landlord/owner just changed insurance companies. For whatever reasons,
this new insurance company has told my family that they will only insure this home if they get rid of me. My owners are sad, hurt, heartbroken and this is something they never hoped to face, as I am part of the family and the kids love me dearly. Unfortunately for me, my family has no choice in this matter and must please the landlord so that the house is insured.
I am heartworm negative, dog social and child friendly. I am an indoor dog, I love the two children of my family and I get along well with their other dog too. I was adopted by this family about 4 years ago from a Hickory, NC shelter. I have had a wonderful life with them, been well cared for and dearly loved by all. They would move from here in a heartbeat, just to keep me, but this is not an option right now. I am current on shots, heartworm prevention and flea/tick application. I am a good boy and only a little aggressive at the vet when they draw blood or touch my feet,; but overall I am just a nice, happy, very loving boy.
