My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Rikka Pup and I was brought to a shelter as a stray. My family did not pick me up so the shelter asked AGK to take me. Good thing too because they promised to find me a good home. I am somewhat of a special needs girl. I am very healthy but I have chronic facial nerve paralysis. UT Vet School thinks I will be fine and it might have been hurt during birth. My only issue is I am unable to blink in my left eye so my future Mom or Dad need watch it closely for corneal ulcers, which are treatable. So YAY - I will be ok! Ok to run and jump with my friends because I LOVE to play with other dogs. I do need some training because I am very much still a puppy. Oh, you probably want to know that I am about 5-6 months old, a female Labrador/ Golden Retriever mix - the best mix possible in my opinion and I love people. Actually, you must know that when the AGK volunteer picked me up at UT, all the doctors and nurses walked me out because they LOVED ME there! They said I was such a good girl and so beautiful! So see - I am a special girl! Don't you want to adopt me?
