Her story is very unusual, she was found in a feral colony where all the cats had been sterilized. She was nursing on a cat whose ear was notched indicating she had been spayed. Winny and the mom cat were taken to the vet. Mom cat had a spay scar and the vet thought she was spayed, but she was full of milk. So, they attempted to do the surgery and found out that the mom cat HAD BEEN previously spayed. Cats are wonderful, this kitty knew that Winny needed a mom. How wonderful!
UPDATE: Winny was adopted and abruptly returned. Her adopted mom stated that she let Winny loose and had not touched her since she adopted her. Poor Winny is scared, terrified, afraid of people and needs a tremendous amount of TLC. If you have lots of love and time come see Winny, give her the chance she deserves. Winny can be seen at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart where she currently lives. UPDATE: What a character! What a personalities! Yes, she still has all her oddities, but how fun are they. Winny needs a special home where she can find high places to hang out. She is like a cartoon character inside and out. Winny needs a special home where she is allowed to be who she is. Ask about her, she is special.
