Hi, I'm Mary Jo, but you can call me M. J. if you want. I was found outside by a friendly man who decided to feed me milk. I got a terrible belly ache--adult cats are lactose intolerant, so milk upset my tummy. Anyway, I came to live with my foster mom, but she quickly discovered that I am terrified of other cats. That's right, I don't like other cats. I have to live in the downstairs den and livingroom by myself because I get very upset when I see other kitties. Maybe I was a dog in another life? But it doesn't matter about cats, because I LOVE people!! I like to crawl in laps and get lots of love and I will purr up a storm when you pet me. You won't need anyone else but me. So hurry up, I'm looking out the window, keeping an eye on the birds and watching for you. Mary Jo has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for feline leukemia, dewormed, and treated for fleas/ticks. Mary Jo is about 6 years old. Mary Jo must go to a home without any other dogs or cats.If you are interested in Mary Jo, please go to the 'Adopt' page of our web site and download an application, which you can then either email back to us or fax to 614-873-0972. |
