Poor Winston is a shy guy, but a big love bug. He loves to crawl in your lap and be petted. He also loves to be brushed. Winston's problem was that he was in a home with a bully cat who terrified him and he spent most of his time hiding. Now that he is away from that situation, he is really coming out of his shell. Winston would need to be in a quiet home where he could slowly adjust, as he is still a bit skittish in new situations. But if he is approached slowly and given his own time, he is a lover. He would also need to be in a house with a very docile and laidback kitty--no territorial, dominate cats. Winston does bond well with nice cats. He and Suzy, who is pictured in the last photo with him, are great friends. Because both of them are a bit shy and were picked on by dominate cats, they love each other. Both of them are very laidback and would never pick on anyone so they get along great together. We would like to see these two buddies adopted together and if so, there is only one adoption fee. Winston has spent enough of his short life--he is about 5 years old--hiding and he deserves a home where he can blossom. He had a scary start in life, too, coming from a busy factory work yard where his mom continued to have litter after litter of kittens until we were able to get her fixed. Winston is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Won't you let our shy guy become your lap cat love bug? Winston and Suzy are also very bonded now after living together. Since both are a bit shy, it has been good for them to be together. We would like to see them adopted together and if so, there is only one adoption fee.
