Bodhi's Story...
ADOPTED!
Bodhi was rescued from the shetler some time ago.Its taken us a very very long time to rehabilitate him and to let hm know that he can trust people. He was going to be euthanized because they said he was extremely aggressive. He was biting and completely feral as if he had never been handled before.We couldnt even touch hiim at first. We believe he came from a puppy mill and somehow part of his tail was chopped off or bitten off. He is only 5 pounds, a bit unpredictable, but an amazing little old soul. Loves to be held in your arms but the minute you put him down is when he goes a little mad and starts to bite. But for us thats what makes him so endearing. He does have seizures and does have to be on medication. But in the right home he will blossom. He cannot be placed with other dogs or children, but he gets along great with kitties. He is such a special boy, wont you give him a loving home??

About Our Rescue Group...
We rescue primarily special needs, senior and geriatric animals from Los Angeles City and County Animal Shelters. The chances that these animals will ever be adopted out of the shetlers are very slim and we feel these little souls deserve a second chance at a forever loving home. Most of these animals are euthanized in the shelters. It is our mission to get them rehabilitated and make sure they get whatever medical attention they need, which includes blood panels, exrays, ultra sounds and whatever is needed at the time. Alot of the time these animals have been abandoned ,in critical condition and many times abused! We try to get them adopted into forever loving homes, which of course is not always easy. The ones that we cant place live out their lives with lots of TLC in one of our loving foster homes.

Our Adoption Process...
There is an application Questionare, Tax Deductible Adoption Donation, Home Check, and adoption contract. Applications must be filled our prior to consieration of adopting any animal. It is not our intention to be invasive but rather to make sure we get the best match possible for the animal and for you!
