I wound up in a kill shelter as a stray and things looked grim for me until CARE came to take me home with them. I am a 4 year old lady cat and a lap kitty of great renown. I have somehow acquired great serenity over my short lifetime and you will find me very calm and not the least bit shy when I meet someone new. I relish being with my person and will jump up on the bed to be with you. When I was rescued I had some badly matted fur and so parts of me were shaved to remove them. So even if I look a little ragged now, with good nutrition and lots of love I will once again be a beauty among cats. I am really just a purrfect gentlecat.
