| Our little Annie is just over a year old. She had a rough start in life, being born in a backyard to her feral mom. She was one of four and all of her littermates have since been adopted. To be honest, her foster mom wasn’t in any rush to find her a new home at first, given how easily she got along with the other kitties in her home, but we feel it is now time for Annie to find her own forever home! Could that be you? Annie has adjusted beautifully to living indoors, but we feel she ould be most happy in a home where she can safely live as an indoor/outdoor kitty--she LOVES being outside. A low-traffic neightborhood with some space to roam a little would be ideal...she can still act leery of people so we don't want her to be frightened by too much activity in general. Originally when she went to her foster home, she would hiss and hide, but those days are over. She’s is still a nervous-nellie, and we figure this will always be the case to some extent because her mother was feral and she picked up on her habits. But Annie, as many female cats tend to be, shows her affection in her own way. She has been known to like to sleep close to her foster's hip and will allow herself to be pet at that time or when she’s eating. The right situation for Annie would be someone who is familiar with cats, could be patient with Annie’s anxieties and MUST already have a cat or two who need a new friend! If you have a cat that needs a pal, Annie is your girl--she LOVES other cats—she grooms them and allows them to do the same to her (as you can see in the pic below where she is being hugged), is very playful and doesn’t have a territorial bone in her body. Annie can also be a little mischievous (she loves to knock her foster’s jewelry around) but that’s because she has a great little spirit and curiosity for the world around her! She is perfectly litter-trained and is quite the beauty to look at...she’s very petite and beautiful with gorgeoues brown tabby markings. Her foster's favorite is the patch on her left front leg.
