Just look at that adorable smile. If you're looking for an active, outdoor companion, look no further!
Casper was rescued from death row at the South Central Shelter after a plea was sent out to save him. Casper's moniker was the 'No Hope Staffie'.. At the time of his rescue, Casper weighed only 22 pounds; his age was estimated to be 1 and 1/2 years old. Despite his sad beginnings and emaciated state Casper loved people and seemed to love life. After a few months of food, treats and a lot of hiking, Casper became the most beautiful, attentive, acrobatic dog. This dog can do flips, hang upside down and jump like a pogo stick! Casper is so proud of his new-found agility and physique and we are just as thrilled for him! Because Casper was never socialized with other dogs,we'd like him to go to a person or persons where he is the only dog. No cats please. This dog is pure love and will change your life! He's changed mine.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from various Los Angeles shelters the day they are to be euthanized. Our goal is to help provide animals with a second chance to a happy life and to help reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. Once rescued, we place our dogs into loving foster homes while they await adoption. We do not keep dogs in kennels. Placing the dogs in foster homes is the first step to rehabilitation, as it allows us to thoroughly evaluate a dog's demeanor and needs enabling us to make the perfect match of dog and permanent owner. We attribute our high rate of successful placement to our foster program. At Ace of Hearts, we do not discriminate against any breed, including those in the bully breed family. Additionally, Ace of Hearts is dedicated to educating the public on how to be responsible pet owners and on the importance of spaying and neutering. We believe the real solution to pet overpopulation is through spaying and neutering pets.
