Gem is one of our Adoption Center greeters at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart. She likes to be available when someone comes in for that occasional pet or kiss. She is a very confident friendly cat who can steal your heart in no time. Not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous.
Volunteer Update: Gem loves to play and she is absolutely crazy about those little toy mice. If you put her away in her cage at night without one or two of them she will cry until you 'get' the message. Watch the short video below of her grabbing one of them out of another cat's cage.
Her foster family said that she loves to give you a full body massage at night, kneading walking up and down your body and kneading her little paws against your head. Not to mention that her purr will gently sing you to sleep. Come visit GEM at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart where she temporarily resides.

An application is required which is processed by the board and a return call is provided within 24 hours IF approved. If the application is not approved the applicant will not receive a phone call. Fees vary, but cats are usually $75 and dogs $125. All pets are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, dewormed and tested.
