Personality

Once I warm up to you, I'm really a lover and I love to have a good time by running around when I feel safe.

What are the dog's favorite toys or things to do?

I like to play and run and spend time with my humans.

My forever home:

My ideal forever home is gentle, patient and calm. I need someone that will love me as much as I love them.

Socialization

Does the dog like cats? Live with cats?

I do live with cats right now. At first my foster sister, the cat, wasn't too sure about me. We've learned to ignore each other. Of course, I would
want to meet your cat(s) to see how we would get along.

Does the dog like other dogs?
I do great with dogs my own size! I live with a big rottweiler mix. He and I tolerate each other. He says I'm rude!

Does the dog like kids?

I really DO NOT want to live with humans under the age of 13. I will not tolerate being handled roughly.
Should the dog be placed with other pets and/or kids?
I'm living in a home with birds. I really could care less about them. I do really like hanging out with my smaller canine foster brothers, cats I guess would be ok...
Training and Behavior

Housebroken?
Yes, but I do like to mark stuff occasionally. When I get neutered, it might help.

Crate trained?
Yep, I don't mind going into the "box" when I need to.

Has the dog had any training?
I haven't been through any formal training with the human I live with now. I will sit when you ask me to. Does that count? I would love to learn more at ABR&T!

Does the dog escape the yard? Dig? Bark excessively? Anything else?
Of course I bark, I'm a dog! I don't bark excessively though, like my foster brother. I don't really care about diggin either, and I only prefer to chew on what humans consider appropriate.

Does the dog ride well in the car?
I enjoy a car ride.

Is the dog food aggressive?
I haven't been in a situation where I've had to decide that...

Fearful of anything?
Strange people... I'm still not too sure about figuring out what a human's intentions are when they come up to me.
Health

I am happy and healthy.
Special Contract

My contract includes a Foundation Course to be started within 1 month of adoption.
