Izabella's story...

Name: Izabella

Gender: Female

Age: Adult

Date Picture was taken: June 5th, 2008

Description: Izabella was found abandoned at the Lake Powell boat ramp located on the West End of Panama City Beach. 'Izzy' is patiently waiting to find her forever home and new family. She was found, very scared, underneath scrub brush & palm fronds. Izzy was frightened as she is obviously an indoor cat, unaccustomed to the heat, noise, cars, wild animals & predatory birds found in the park. She was rescued and attempts have been made through newspaper advertisements, flyers and postings on our website to locate an owner. As time goes on, it looks more and more like Izzy may have been dumped & abandoned at the park. Izabella is a loving cat and she desires your attention and affection. She may take some time to adjust to her new home, as she has been through so much. She needs a loving, patient and understanding new owner -- someone that will give her time to develop a bond of trust and loyalty. When 'Izzy' knows she is loved and safe, her personality begins to shine and blossom. She loves affection and purrs readily. She will make a great companion pet. Please give her a second chance at finding a safe & loving forever home!
