Hello! My name is Dozier! I am a 3½ year old neutered male American Pitbull/Mastiff mix. I am a very loving boy who loves to work and be active! I am around 90 lbs and am very strong. I used to pull when my humans took me for a walk, but they use this thing called a gentle leader and now I walk beautifully! I even do a great heel when you pay attention to me! I am a very good boy who loves to be taught new things. I already know sit, flat (lay down), wait at doors, walk with me, heel, etc. I am very rambunctious and would love to help my new owner do Search & Rescue and/or Safety work. I could really do anything if someone is willing to show me what my job would be. I love playing with kids that are 10 years old and up. I’m not sure about cats, they seem a little stuck up to me, they don’t like playing very rough or getting slobbery! Imagine that! I would really love to have a home where I could go jogging and then come home and lay on the couch with my humans (no other dogs please). Rescue Group...
Our Mission: To rescue, foster and place adoptable homeless dogs that are about to be euthanized; educate the community regarding responsible dog ownership including spay/neuter of companion animals. To assist in increasing the adoptions of local shelter dogs by promoting awareness and referring to area shelters and rescue groups. We (All Breed Rescue & Training) are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit no-kill organization
Please note that All Breed Rescue & Training is not a shelter, but rather an all volunteer run organization that places at risk shelter dogs in foster homes until a permanent home can be found for them.
