| I was left to die at a remote dirt pull out by an Indian Reservation. I was nearly bald from mange and woefully emaciated. A member of ARTA happened to be driving by and saw me by the roadside, and even chased down the pick up truck that left had just me behind, but the occupants of vehicle insisted I wasn't their dog and even showed their new puppy that I got replaced by. Well, it was my unluckiest but also the luckiest day of my life, because I got to ride home to ARTA on top of several hundred pounds of donated bags of dog food, so I knew I was going to be well fed! After quarantine and treatment, I'm now a perfectly healthy, happy, goofy-handsome, and enthusiastic boy who plays well with others and adores affection. I'm still growing, currently, I weigh 54 lbs. I love to splash in my wading pool, chase lizards, play tug-o-war with my best friends here. I would be happiest in a home with another dog and a spacious backyard with a doggie pool.
