Description: Hello, I am Luke. I came to AFH like other dogs because my family did not properly train me (or the kids in the house) and then just gave up when I was not a perfect dog around them. They told AFH that I was difficult, but my foster family has discovered that this is not true at all. I was so scared when I came to AFH, but now I am much more confident around dogs and people. I love to play with the other foster dogs in the house. I am crate trained, housebroken, and leash trained.I like the teenager who lives in my foster home. However, I would do best in a home without small children. Now, that I have been trained as to the proper way to be a good dog, I am ready to find my forever home. Luke is currently being treated for a skin problem.

Adoption events are held at Petco in the Greenbriar Shopping Center every Sunday from 1-4 pm.

Our Adoption Process...
We require an adoption application filled out, two interviews with volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home. An adoption fee of $325.00 for dogs/puppies and a fee of $150.00 for cats/kittens.
