Pepper was not only abandoned but he was literally thrown away. A witness saw a passing vehicle throw this precious little kitten over a fence in to her yard. We had an opening at the foster home so he was picked up, vet checked (OK) and headed for his temporary home to recuperate. Pepper is happy little camper now that enjoys his foster home surroundings and playing with his foster parents or by himself with his toys. He has been neutered, is up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.
