THIS IS A COURTESY POST.
We named her Christmas for the time she came rushing out of the woods for dinner, after the first snowfall. She paused, one leg in the air, snow all over the tips of her wet fur, shaking that gorgeous lush tail, and looked like a small Christmas tree. No matter how hungry or cold she was, she waited to be stroked and petted, dancing a little figure 8 around our legs, before she would even consider food.  Chrissie will be happiest in a single-person household with at most one other cat, so she won’t have to compete too much for the love of her human. About Our Rescue Group...
Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.
