Kent Animal Shelter, Inc.is a 501(c)3, not for profit animal welfare organization with an adoption, low cost spay/neuter facility located at 2259 River Rd. in Calverton, Long Island, N.Y. We are a no-kill shelter, all pets for adoption are healthy,temperment tested, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered. Cats are tested for feline leukemia/aids and dogs are tested for heartworm.
The shelter is located on eastern Long Island on the scenic North Fork. The physical address is 2259 River Rd., Calverton, N.Y. 11933. The shelter is open daily 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
