Wicker is such a special girl - boy does she like the lovings. She may be shy at first, but give her a chance to warm up and you can't make her go away. We are shocked she is still with us - many tortis' aren't very outgoing, but this girl is. She loves other kitties.

About Our Shelter...
A Helping Paw, now in our 10th year, is a never-kill shelter/rescue that feels every pet deserves a second chance at life. We also work with many special needs pets, offering these precious animals at reduced adoption fees. We are very dedicated to treating the whole pet - body/mind, during their stay with. A happy pet is a healthy pet. In addition we keep up-to-date with the current medical world, as it changes so quickly. In addition, we research alternative medicines that will help our pets lead happier healthier lives. Once you've adopted from A Helping Paw you've joined our family for life. We offer life-long after-adoption support.

Please come in for a visit to meet with our pets. Our educated volunteers will help you find the purrfect pet for you. All of our pets are fully vetted prior to adoption saving you time and money, as we pass along our discounts to you in our adoption fee.
