Barkley is a very handsome pointer mix boy, probably around 18 months old and will be around 50 pounds when he gets back up to weight. He is the perfect package! He is very sweet and loving, and he also has a playful side. He is also much more handsome than his pictures show. He has nice house manners and is housebroken and crate trained. He is very social and gets along well with other dogs, children and adults. He does not, however, like cats. He will bark at them. He walks on leash and knows 'sit.' He is a very smart boy and a quick learner! He is food-motivated and will do well in a positive-reinforcement obedience class.
Barkley would love to have a forever family with a fenced yard where they could play safely, and he would love to go on walks with his family every day. He is moderately energetic, but like all dogs, he needs to get adequate exercise daily to stay healthy and happy.
Barkley has been neutered and is up-to-date on shots.
