Charlie's story...
Personality:

I am very energetic and love to play! I am really smart and love to learn, too. I can be nervous around new people, so I need patience.

What are the dog's favorite toys or things to do?
I love anything you give me to chew on, especially if it's tasty. And I love canine playmates!

Dog's forever home:
I would like to live somewhere that I can get plenty of attention, love and training. I'd like a home with patient people that will understand when I am and am not comfortable with my surroundings.

Socialization:

Does the dog like cats? Live with cats?
I am fine with cats.

Does the dog like other dogs?
I love other dogs. I love to play!

Does the dog like kids?
Kids might make me nervous.

Should the dog be placed with other pets and/or kids?
I do have a lot of puppy energy still, and like to jump around you, so little kis are probably not the
best idea for me. But dogs and cats are ok!

Training and Behavior:

Housebroken?
Yes

Crate trained?
Yes

Has the dog had any training?
I am in a class right now that helps me with my shyness.

Does the dog escape the yard? Dig? Bark excessively? Anything else?

The only time I've excaped the yard was when the gate was left open on accident. But I just went to say hi to the neighbor's dog!
I do like to let the neighbors know I'm outside, but I don't bark for too long.

Does the dog ride well in the car?
I've only ridden in the car in my crate, but I do like it.

Is the dog food aggressive?
No, but I do love my food!

Fearful of anything?
I am not brave in new situations with new people. But you can help me learn how to be confident!
