Ginger is a beautiful orange and white tabby cat. She was rescued along with her five kittens from an animal control that was going to euthanize them due to lack of space.
Ginger loves to look out the window, and plays well with other cats. She is affectionate and can be picked up for short periods of time, liking to be by you, but not right on top of you. She loves to sleep on the bed and likes to play.
When she sees animals outside she growls at them - she is so serious, but still so cute at the same time!
She has been a good mom to her kittens, but now would like some time to just relax. She would like to be able to play without having her kittens take all the toys and affection!
She loves to be brushed and is ready for forever home!
She is currently at the PetSmart in Orland Hill - or, please call 630-375-7976 if you are interested in meeting her.
She has her rabies and distemper shots, tested negative for FELV/FIV, sterilized and microchipped.
A Caring Place Humane Society adopts throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area. All dogs and many of our cats live in foster homes, providing you as the adopter, with much information on the animal's behaviors, needs, and requirements. We are always in search of individuals and families to serve as fosters care providers. Please consider opening your home. If you are one of those special people willing to open your heart and home to an animal in need and would like to receive information on how you can foster an animal, please contact us.
