Luckie's story...
PREGNANT KITTY NEEDS HOME/Foster Home! This loving girl is very young, about 7 or 8 months old. She's due in about 2 weeks (or less). She was dumped 2 days ago and a lady has been caring for her but can't keep her. She would if she could. Luckie is a gentle-natured cat, loves attention, especially belly rubs! She isn't shy and is very trusting. She's housetrained perfectly. She wants to be petted and enjoys people. She rolls and exposes her belly often (many pregnant cats would rather hide their belly to protect it...not this girl!)

She's in excellent health, clear eyes, nose, ears and mouth. Her fur is soft and clean. She's a little thin but now she has no shortage of food. Her appetite is very good. We don't know her vaccination history, so when the vet says its safe to vaccnate her, we'll have it done. We'll also take care of getting her spayed when its time....and her babies when their time comes.

Anyone wanting to foster/adopt Luckie will be provided with food, vitamins, litter and all her pre-natal care. Her babies' needs will also be provided. We'll be glad to help in any way we can, including "midwifing"! If you've never experienced the miracle of kitten birth and have any concerns, we're just a phone call away.

Luckie comes with a special Care Package, supplies, health book and collar of your choice.

If you're interested in adopting/fostering Luckie, call (801) 458-7938 - Feline Foundation of Utah. We'll be happy to bring Luckie to you if transportation is a problem. We have no "adoption fees", any donation is greatly appreciated, tax deductible and 100% of donated funds goes directly to the cats.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a group of cat lovers who want to make the world a better place for felines! 100% of donations go for the cats. The staff are all volunteers. We have been rescuing and rehoming cats for 6 years at our own expense before becoming incorporated in 2006. Saving lives...one cat at a time! Our goal is to prevent unwanted pets, prevent feline diseases and educate people about the importance of spaying/neutering.

We offer several programs, such as... the Feral Fix, where we trap, alter and return the cat to the colony. We have two colonies that we maintain daily, assuring they have adequate food, water and shelter.

Foster Program... foster homes are always needed. If you're interested in becoming a foster, we can help you get started and the organization pays for the cost of keeping them.

Senior Friends... Senior Citizens living on limited income can enjoy the benefits of having a cat. We provide food, litter and supplies, including annual vet checkup and booster vaccines. All you need to give is love!

Pets For Vets... disabled veterans may adopt a cat at no cost. We supply food, litter, annual vet checkups and supplies.

Public education...caring for cats, safety awareness, health concerns.

Artists Corner... Feline art made by local artists are sold to benefit the organization.

Emergency Vet Fund...Helping pets and their owners with vet expenses when a sudden illness or injury strikes. Available according to our current funding.

Our Adoption Process...
We have no set fees, we operate by public donation. When you adopt a cat or kitten, you get a folder with health records and educational brochures. You may select a collar for your new friend.

All cats are spayed/neitered and vaccinated. Everyone is groomed and nails are trimmed. We're happy to deliver cats to your home in the Meow Mobile mobile adoption van.

We have a short questionaire/adoption form for you to fill out. We'll follow up after the adoption to make sure you and your new friend are happy.

No one is ever "stuck" with a cat that doesn't work for them. We're happy to help you with the adjustment of your new pet and you're welcome to try another if one doesn't work out. We do require the pet be returned to us and not taken to the shelter if it doesn't work.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
Ogden, Salt Lake City and surrounding towns. For service over 100 miles away, an appointment will be needed.
