The cats that do well at adoption events are easiest to find homes for.  Who can resist the friendly kitty that comes to the front of the cage, purrs and wants to climb into your lap right then and there!

Unfortunately, not all kitties can ignore the noise and confusion of being in a busy pet store. They may be just as friendly, but need a quieter environment to let that inner beauty shine forth.  A visit with them in their foster home might be all that is necessary for them to find their forever home.   However, if they are not seen as friendly and outgoing at adoption events, they are often passed over and no one will ever know how special they really are.

Please read the descriptions below and consider asking to meet a 'non-show cats'.  These 'wallflowers' are just waiting for a chance to shine.
