Sweetie ankle rubs, usually purrs when you pick her up and will stay in your lap for a short time. She likes to sleep on your bed, on a chair or sit next to you. If you lock her out of your life in another room, she will meow her displeasure. Sweetie likes to play with wand toys, a laser beam, fake mice and occasionally foil crinkle balls. She temporarily lives with 3 other adult cats at the foster home. She usually ignores them. About once a week Sweetie Pie will chase after one of them. She has not met dogs and would probably ignore or avoid the dog. Sweetie Pie's Est. date of birth: 5/2008. She was found but no one claimed her. She has shown tolerance of toddlers and will come up to them, if they aren't hyper. She is afraid of loud noises (machine and people).
Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work) and they don’t get bored (emotionally healthier).
She uses scoopable litter and a scratching post. To meet this pet in the foster home, or to learn more please call 952-368-3553 and leave a message and your phone number. Our volunteer cat coordinator will return your call. CSHS does not ship pets.
