Hello, my name is Joey. My foster Mom tells me that I am a very sweet little man and very, very lucky —Small Paws found me just in time to fix my injured tummy and stop the infection in my ears. I am deaf now, due to the infection, but it doesn't bother me anymore. Mom taught me sign language-- so I could understand the rules of the house. She is now much happier and so am I. I have lots and lots of energy. I am a poodle/bichon mix and have long legs and a beautiful, thick white coat. I love long walks and chewing on my toys. Mom says it is a good idea to have lots of toys because I am still a puppy in many ways. I am a high energy kind of guy. I am crate trained and Mom says “pretty much” housetrained. I know what I am supposed to do, but sometimes forget when I am playing. If she pays attention and catches me in time, I do make it outside. Then she is happy. I am being fostered in Minnesota.
