Jasper is a 5.5 year old male chocolate lab that was found as a stray with his friend PawPaw in May. Jasper is very outgoing and friendly. He loves to be with a human. He knows how to sit and shake, although has a short attention span after a while. Getting him neutered would likely help with leash traning, because he's gentle on the leash until he smells something that he insists on marking. With a determined owner, Jasper could likely learn how to walk perfectly on the leash. Jasper must be neutered before leaving the shelter at the new owners expense.
