Wally's story...
THIS IS A COURTESY POST FOR ANOTHER RESCUE. CONTACT DEATH ROW DOGS RESCUE AT deathrowdogsrescue@earthlink.net OR (818) 380-1219 WALLY NEEDS A HOME!!!! Wally is a white, 1 - 2 year old, 20 lb., Westie/Terrier/possible Corgi mix. Such a sad story...their mom lost her house due to forclosure and brought her 2 dogs into the city shelter. She was crying and the dogs were crying when she left Wally and his brother there (Wally's brother got adopted). Wally gets along great with other dogs and cats. He's young and has a lot of energy. He loves to run and play with other dogs and we must place him with another dog around his age and size. He needs a calm, loving environment. He is very affectionate, sweet and adorable. Wally is healthy, housetrained, neutered, current on all vaccines, and micro-chipped. Copy & paste this link in the address bar to see Wally's videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/LottsaLasagna Adoption only open to Southern California residents. An adoption application must be filled out PRIOR to anyone meeting any of our dogs. We do not adopt any of our dogs to households with children under 10 years old. We are a very small group of people dedicated to helping, saving, re-homing, educating, advising people about chows and ALL breeds. We are a 501c3 non profit of all volunteers. We network/cross-post to help save animals. We have adoptions and invite people into our 'outreach' program so they can 'show' their dogs. We need volunteers, we need funds to help get the dogs out of shelters and to get vet care. We help dogs of all ages and have saved over 200 chows and mixes as well as other breeds. We need FOSTERS to help the many dogs that needs somewhere safe to go until they find a fabulous, loving home. We advocate spay and neuter and also giving every dog a chance no matter how old, or infirmed or grouchy. They all change with good care and love and proper direction.
