Hi, I'm Diesel. I just found out that I am heartworm positive, they say my treatment will be one heartgard every month until I test negative for heartworms. I will need to stay on heartgard for the rest of my life to make sure I do not get them again. I am a very strong dog that needs someone with the knowledge of my breed, so that together we can work though some of my issuses. I don't like other dogs and because I am so strong a home with kids would not suit me. I need to find a speical home that can love and care for me; as well as train me. So that one day I can become the perfect dog. I know there is someone that is willing to give me a chance and that's all I am asking for. I know I will need a lot of attention and love to get me through all this and I just hope the person that can do all that is you. Please help find me a better home, I deserve so much more than the shelter life.
