Hi everyone! My name is Keebs, but my foster family calls me “Nana”… I am a beautiful brindle 8 1/2 year old bully girl. I am a pretty simple gal. I like to eat, sleep and get human attention! I also LOVE my kiddie pool. :-) I was surrendered to rescue because my family could not take care of me any longer… I have lived in California, Missouri, Northern AZ, now I am in Chandler! I am very well traveled, and if I could talk, the stories I could tell you! If you have never owned a senior bulldog, there is nothing like it. We sleep 23 hours out of the day, and we are pretty lazy! I feel that now I am in my “golden years” and I want a home to spend my retirement. I have been seen by a vet, and had x-rays done, blood work and a valley fever test. All came back great! My liver levels were a bit off, which can also be caused by stress, but the vet recommended I stay on them anyway. It’s for my overall health. The name of the pill that I take 2x a day is called Sam-E, and can be purchased from a vet or online with an Rx. The cost is around $35 a month… I know, it’s pretty expensive, but I am SO worth it! My foster mom has recently lowered my adoption donation, so my new family will be able to purchase my medication. I live with 2 bulldogs, and it’s perfect! There are also 2 resident kitties that are pretty cool too! I could also live with kids who are “dog savvy” 10 and up. I startle easily since I am an old gal, so no little humans please. ☺ I really, really want a family to call my own. Everyone reads these postings and goes for the youngest dog, but I am telling ya, you won’t know what you are missing if you don’t give me a chance. We will be screening homes for me, and want to make sure that whoever adopts me will promise to stay in touch with my foster parents, because they love me so much! *WHY ARE SOME DOG’S ADOPTION FEES HIGHER THAN OTHERS? The adoption donation fees are based on age, health and needed vet care of the dogs we have taken in. The younger, healthier dogs help to pay for their cousins that need a little more TLC. You adoption donation fee also covers the cost of the spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip of your new dog. *CAN All of our dogs are in foster homes around the Phoenix area. We require an application to be filled out, a home check to be done, and vet reference check to be complete before having you come meet the dog of your dreams! We will ONLY contact you when we have a potential match. *I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL DOGS WHO I THINK WOULD FIT MY HOME, BUT THEY ARE NOW ADOPTED. WHY? We take a lot of time to get to know our dogs in rescue. Some are barkers, which cannot go into condos or apartments, some require companionship of other dogs, and some are not good with children. Each dog is unique! *IS THERE A WAITING LIST OF APPROVED APPLICANTS? YES! That is why even if you are not ready to adopt, get your application into us if you want to be considered for a future adoption. *I AM LOOKING FOR A PUPPY OR VERY YOUNG BULLDOG. Well, you have come to the wrong place. Rescue dogs on average are between 3 and 7 years old, we do not get puppies into rescue. We would, however, be able to refer you to a reputable breeder. *BULLDOGS ARE SO EXPENSIVE! WHY? If you are looking for a cheap bulldog by choosing rescue, need not apply! Rescue dogs are dogs that are going to need ongoing vet care, and a lot of love and training from their new humans. We only adopt to homes that truly want to RESCUE a homeless bulldog. This is not the place to find a “cheaper” bulldog. *I HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE, AND HAVE CALLED A FEW TIMES, WITH NO RESPONSE. We will contact you when we believe we have a dog that is a match. Please remember: Not only are bulldogs adorable and cute, they are also high-maintenance and expensive! ☺

We are a small organization with big hearts! We love English Bulldogs, and have the privilege of owning 2 of our own. We specialize in rescuing and rehoming English Bullys. We provide the rescues with medical care, love and TLC to get them ready to go to their forever home.
We do not have a location, all of the dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers.
Our Adoption Process...
Vist our site for more info. Fees range from $200-$575 depending on the needs of the dogs. Before an adoption, a home visit and a vet reference check are required. We do not adopt to homes with unfenced yards or pools, or to homes with children under the age of 5.
